  • Sweat Together Stay Together Spouses Membership $99.50/person, autopay every 4 weeks
    • Includes 30 classes/month (any cycle, row, strider, shape, iron cardio, or HIIT circuit).
    • This membership requires 2 individuals, billed concurrently.
    • Members have full access to all amenities; showers, saunas, InBody scans, and access to Inspire Fitness family events.
  • Golden Years Membership $75, autopay every 4 weeks
    • Includes 30 classes (any cycle, row, strider, shape, iron cardio, or HIIT circuit).
    • This membership is offered to members 65+ years of age.
    • Members have full access to all amenities; showers, saunas, InBody scans, and access to Inspire Fitness family events.
  • Aspire to Inspire Youth Membership $75, autopay every 4 weeks

What happened to my “unlimited” access?

  • In an effort to keep everyone safe and healthy, and to stop the spread of COVID19, we have limited class capacities. Therefore, we want to make sure everyone is given the same opportunity to get back into the gym. By limiting how many classes you can do, you are allowing a fellow gym member a chance to work out and get healthier. We are a fitness family, so let’s help each other out during these odd times!

Can I bring a friend or guest?

  • Yes, please do! As a thank you to our loyal members, we are extending some great perks. One of them being a guest pass that renews every 4-weeks!

Call ahead or check the class schedule to make sure a spot is open for your guest, and call us to reserve a spot for them. Guests must be booked into the class before arrival, and fill out our liability waiver at the front desk.

Does Inspire Fitness Studios offer any complementary classes?

  • For current members, we offer complementary 20-minute cycle and 20-minute strider classes every now and then. Members with an active membership will be able to book these classes without using a class credit. Our 20-minute row classes are not complementary and cost one class credit.

What is Inspire Fitness Studios’s Membership Cancellation Policy?

  • Members can cancel any membership at any time, without any penalties. Cancellation must be submitted to [email protected] and can take up to 48 hours to process.

Do you offer gift certificates?

No, we do not offer gift certificates at this time.

My child loves to workout with me, what is your age policy?

We welcome any child the age of 7 or older to join you for a workout. A parent or legal guardian must accompany, at all times, anyone who is age 7 to 15 while the child is participating in a workout. For teenagers between the ages of 16 & 17, a parent does not need to accompany them for a workout.

TAKING CLASSES

What Booking Policy?

To book a workout room at Inspire Fitness Studios, you must have an active/valid rental agreement. Purchases can be made at Webshop. Trainers or individuals can book a workout room through the Virtuagym app.

Do I need to book my class ahead of time?

  • YES! We are still at a limited capacity in compliance with stopping the spread of COVID19. Please book your classes ahead of time to make sure you have a spot. If you see there’s an open spot on the web portal, book it right away.

What is the in-studio Check-In Policy?

  • Upon arrival to the studio, we ask that you first stop at the front desk to have your temperature checked and the staff will check you into your class.

Do I need to wear a mask at all times, while in the studio?

  • When members are in the lobby and general gym areas masks are required. The individual studios have been adjusted to meet social distancing guidelines, so during your workout masks do not need to be worn. As the state guidelines change, we will make adjustments to this rule, and thank you for your understanding.

What if I just want to try a single class?

  • Weeks begin on Monday and end on Sunday. Trainers and individuals MUST book/reserve their workout room ahead of time. Rooms fill up quickly, so we aren’t able to accommodate “walk-in’s” at this time.

  • Once a room is booked, a trainer or individual can’t jump into another unbooked room.

  • Trainers and individuals can book up to 7 days ahead of time. Room availability is updated daily.

How can I see the class schedule?

  • By visiting our online Schedule.
  • Or, if you’re an existing member and have our app, then you can check out the schedule under the “Schedule” tab.

Can I sneak in my own personal workout in between my clients?

We know how hard it is to fit in your own workout with busy client schedules! We don’t mind if private trainers workout at the gym on their own time, but we just ask that you don’t take the workout rooms away from other bookings.

My client is interested in the group fitness classes at Inspire Fitness Studios, can they jump into a class?

We offer a 20% discount to your clients if they’d like to participate in our group cardio and group strength classes, please direct them to our front desk to sign up!

STUDIO AMENITIES

What is Dress Code Policy?

I agree that I will come to class fully prepared for strenuous activity, with running shoes, athletic shorts or pants, athletic t-shirt, towel and water bottle. I understand that the Studio reserves the right to refuse my entrance into the studio if I am not properly attired.

Do I need to bring my own shoes for a cycle class?

No! Cycle shoes are free to rent for cycle classes for all guests/members.

Am I required to wear cycle shoes for cycle class?

No, you can wear any closed-toe shoes.

How many rooms are available to rent?

We have five strength rooms, equipped with various free weights and an Inspire Fitness gym machine. And you can also reserve the 90x50ft outdoor turf area, which is great for large groups or sport performance training.

How do I book/reserve my room?

Through our app! Once we have your name and email address, we will set you up in the system and send you our app to download. On the app, click on “Room Booking” and select the rooms, dates, and times you’d like to reserve!

How long can I reserve a room?

For however long you need, as long as you have available hours in your package level.

When can I book/reserve rooms?

  • Monday-Friday anytime between 5am-8pm (doors close at 8pm)

  • Saturday-Sunday anytime between 6am-12pm (doors close at 12pm)

When can I use the saunas?

With the full membership, you are able to use the saunas whenever the gym is open. The sauna cycle is available with set up assistance from the front desk. Due to Covid-19 guidelines, the saunas are not currently available for use.

Do you have showers? Can I use the showers?

We do, but they are only available for our group fitness members and production staff. If you’d like to add on shower service for yourself or your clients, then you can visit our web shop to add on the monthly upgrade: Click Here

Do you have lockers, how do I use them?

We have daily-use lockers available for members and guests. You are able to use the locker while you are in the facility, and it locks by a code that you design. Ask the front desk staff, if you need assistance.

Do you have water available at the studio?

We have a filtered water fountain and refill station for reusable bottles. We also offer large water bottles for just $2.

Does Inspire Fitness Studios provide clients?

Not directly, we provide group fitness classes to our members, but if they are interested in personal training, we provide them a list of available private trainers that rent our space. We don’t take a “finder’s fee”, we hand over the leads for free!

Can I promote my personal training business at the front desk?

    • Of course! We have a special area for you to display business cards and/or 8×11″ flyers.

Does Inspire Fitness Studios provide clients?

Not directly, we provide group fitness classes to our members, but if they are interested in personal training, we provide them a list of available private trainers that rent our space. We don’t take a “finder’s fee”, we hand over the leads for free!

Do you have snacks, beverages and pre/post workout items?

Yes! We have a variety of protein snacks, bars, and drinks. We sell a variety of energy drinks and featured items such as fish oil and powdered amino and C4 pre-workout. (while supplies last).

Do you sell workout gear?

Yes! We have our Inspire Fitness performance apparel available for sale in the studio. That includes stylish workout apparel for both women and men, as well as towels, water bottles, gym bags and other items. Shop in the studio or at inspirefitness.com.

CANCELLATIONS & MISSED CLASSES

What is Booking Cancellation Policy ?

I understand that the Studio enforces a strict 24-hour booking cancellation policy. I agree that, if I have reserved a workout room and fail to cancel 24 hours in advance I forfeit my booking credit.

Are scheduled classes ever cancelled?

Yes, if no one books a class 4 hours ahead of time, the class will automatically be canceled. If you show up without booking the class, there’s a possibility that it has been canceled due to low attendance.

What happens when I “NO SHOW” to my class? Does my credit get refunded?

  • No, unfortunately not. The credit is gone forever. We want you t o show up and stay committed with us. Let us help you be accountable and reach your fitness goals.
  • If something comes up and you cannot show up to a class, cancel your booking on your account before you get charged. If you cancel at least 2 hours before, the class credit will return to your account. If you cancel a class less than 2 hours before the scheduled start time, the class credit will be forfeited.
  • I understand that if I do not show up for my reservation that I booked ahead, I will forfeit the booking credits.

What is Rental Agreement Cancellation Policy

  • Members can cancel the rental agreement at any time without any penalties. Cancellation must be submitted in writing to [email protected] All refund requests must be made in writing to [email protected] Refund purchases will be processed within ten days after we received your notice of cancellation.

    If a trainer wants to cancel their rental agreement before the 4 weeks are finished, the trainer will be refunded based on how many weeks were “unused” based on the schedule below:

        • Canceled in Week 1: Trainer will receive a 75% refund.

        • Canceled in Week 2: Trainer will receive a 50% refund.

        • Canceled in Week 3: Trainer will receive a 25% refund.

        • Canceled in Week 4: Trainer will receive no refund.

What is Auto-Debit Monthly Rent policy?

I understand that the Studio will debit my account automatically every month on the sales date according to my monthly rental agreement plan details. Booking credits will be restored every month. Credits do not roll-over to the next month. If booking credits remain unused, they will automatically disappear from my account at the end of the month period before the next month period begins.

What is Inspire Fitness Studios’ Class Cancellation Policy?

  • Members can cancel or reschedule their class up until 2 hours before the scheduled start time. The class credit will be returned to their account without any penalties.
  • If a member cancels a class within 2 hours of the scheduled start time, the member forfeits the class credit.

COVID-19 Member Awareness of Participation Policy?

“I understand and acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 while attending the Studio. I promise to maintain all rules and policies associated with the Studio’s sanitation procedures and preventive matters, including but not limited to, maintaining social distancing, booking classes ahead of time, wearing a mask while inside the studio and other common areas, disinfecting surfaces I have touched, temperature checks upon entry, and keeping contact minimal. I recognize that it is recommended that I wear a

  • mask while working out or participating in a class. I understand and agree that I am voluntarily foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury, illness, or exposure while being at the studio and/or participating in a workout class. I also recognize that if I neglect the above rules or put the health of others at risk, I will be asked to leave the Studio immediately.”

  • Due to the nature of our classes, live-streaming across the world, and to be courteous to other in-studio members, we have to enforce a strict on-time policy. Doors will be locked 2-minutes prior the scheduled start time, and we hope that our members have their shoes on before the class begins. If you arrive after the doors have been locked, we will not be able to let you into the class. We will refund your class credit to your account.

Inspire Fitness Studios Cleaning Pledge

  • In order to maintain a clean, safe, and healthy workout environment, Inspire Fitness Studios pledges to implement many cleaning and social distance awareness policies to ensure a safe, working environment as we navigate through COVID-19.

Policies and procedures include

  • Taking ALL member’s temperatures upon arrival 
  • Wiping down equipment after every use
  • Maintaining social distance between trainers, studio staff, and other members in the studio
  • Keeping masks on throughout studio hours
  • Daily disinfectant procedures take place all throughout the day and on all touch points

  • Members can cancel or reschedule their class up until 2 hours before the scheduled start time. The class credit will be returned to their account without any penalties.
  • If a member cancels a class within 2 hours of the scheduled start time, the member forfeits the class credit.

What is Inspire Fitness Studios’ Late Arrival Policy?

  • Due to the nature of our classes, live-streaming across the world, and to be courteous to other in-studio members, we have to enforce a strict on-time policy. Doors will be locked 2-minutes prior the scheduled start time, and we hope that our members have their shoes on before the class begins. If you arrive after the doors have been locked, we will not be able to let you into the class. We will refund your class credit to your account.

Inspire Fitness Studios Cleaning Pledge

  • In order to maintain a clean, safe, and healthy workout environment, Inspire Fitness Studios pledges to implement many cleaning and social distance awareness policies to ensure a safe, working environment as we navigate through COVID-19.

Policies and procedures include

  • Taking ALL member’s temperatures upon arrival 
  • Wiping down equipment after every use
  • Maintaining social distance between trainers, studio staff, and other members in the studio
  • Keeping masks on throughout studio hours
  • Daily disinfectant procedures take place all throughout the day and on all touch points

How many rooms are available to rent?

We have five strength rooms, equipped with various free weights and an Inspire Fitness gym machine. And you can also reserve the 90x50ft outdoor turf area, which is great for large groups or sport performance training.

How long can I reserve a room?

For however long you need, as long as you have available hours in your package level.

What type of amenities are available?

We have day lockers for anyone to use, bathrooms, complimentary workout towels, filter water fountain, infrared saunas, and on-duty staff to help with anything you need!

Do you have showers?

How do I book/reserve my room?

Through our app! Once we have your name and email address, we will set you up in the system and send you our app to download. On the app, click on “Room Booking” and select the rooms, dates, and times you’d like to reserve!

When can I book/reserve rooms?

Monday-Friday anytime between 5am-8pm (doors close at 8pm)

Saturday-Sunday anytime between 6am-12pm (doors close at 12pm)

Does Inspire Fitness Studios provide clients?

Not directly, we provide group fitness classes to our members, but if they are interested in personal training, we provide them a list of available private trainers that rent our space. We don’t take a “finder’s fee”, we hand over the leads for free!

Can I promote my personal training business at the front desk?

Of course! We have a special area for you to display business cards and/or 8×11″ flyers.

Should I carry my own liability insurance?

For your own protection, we highly recommend that you have your own liability insurance. We require you and your clients to sign our facility liability waivers, but that doesn’t necessarily protect you with your own clients.

What are the scheduling rules?

Weeks begin on Monday and end on Sunday. Trainers and individuals MUST book/reserve their workout room ahead of time. Rooms fill up quickly, so we aren’t able to accommodate “walk-in’s” at this time.

Once a room is booked, a trainer or individual can’t jump into another unbooked room.

Trainers and individuals can book up to 7 days ahead of time. Room availability is updated daily.

Can I sneak in my own personal workout in between my clients?

We know how hard it is to fit in your own workout with busy client schedules! We don’t mind if private trainers workout at the gym on their own time, but we just ask that you don’t take the workout rooms away from other bookings.

My client is interested in the group fitness classes at Inspire Fitness Studios, can they jump into a class?

We offer a 20% discount to your clients if they’d like to participate in our group cardio and group strength classes, please direct them to our front desk to sign up!
